At Ruth & Willow, we believe great pieces deserve a second chance. If you're decluttering and have items you no longer love, we'd be happy to review them and offer payment for select pieces that fit our shop.

Our goal is to make selling simple, intentional, and stress-free, while keeping sustainability at the heart of everything we do.

All items should be clean, gently used, and in good condition. Acceptance is based on current inventory needs, condition, and overall fit for our shop.

How the Process Works

Step 1: Email Us

Email us at support@ruthandwillow.com and title your email "Consigning."

Please include:

  • The types of items you're looking to send
  • An estimated quantity

Step 2: Approval & Shipping Label

If your items are a good fit, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label based on the box size and weight tier that best suits your items.

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Pack your items securely and ship them using the provided label within the specified timeframe.

Step 4: Review & Selection

Once received, we'll carefully review each item and select pieces that align with our current inventory needs.

Step 5: Payment

You'll receive payment for accepted items. All offers are final and non-negotiable. Our pricing reflects current demand, condition, and resale value.

Any items we're unable to purchase will be donated to a local thrift, continuing the cycle of reuse.

Prepaid Shipping Labels

We provide prepaid shipping labels based on box size and weight, not item count.

Shipping Label Tiers

  • Standard Box: up to 25 lbs
  • Large Box: up to 40 lbs

Please note:

  • Labels are provided after approval
  • Labels must be used within 7 days

Important Policies

  • Submission does not guarantee purchase of all items
  • Pricing offers are final and not negotiable
  • We reserve the right to select items based on current inventory needs
  • Unaccepted items will be donated to a local thrift
  • Items are not returned once received
  • Shipping labels are provided for review purposes only
