At Ruth & Willow, we take pride in carefully selecting and accurately describing each item we sell. As a small resale business, all items are inspected and presented with detailed descriptions, measurements, and photos to help you make an informed purchase. 

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our business and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to review all item details, sizing information, and photos prior to purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to provide additional information to help your decision making. 

Exceptions

In the rare event that you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
