Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Method & Carriers

We currently ship using USPS / UPS / FedEx

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ruth & Willow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ruth & Willow is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
